# Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Nodo Icons ("we") collects on nodoicons.com and how it is used. Controller: [legal name of the seller], [address], VAT [number]. Contact: legal@nodoicons.com.

## What we collect

1. **Email address**, when you ask to be notified about early access or product updates. We use it only to send those messages; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
2. **Purchase data**, when you buy a license. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, order and license key to deliver the product and provide support.
3. **Messages** you send to our email addresses.
4. **Page-view statistics**: Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to the website without cookies and without identifying individual visitors; we only see aggregate figures (pages, referrers, countries, devices).

We do not use advertising trackers. If you arrive through an affiliate link, Lemon Squeezy's affiliate script records the referral so the affiliate can be credited.

## Why and how long

We process this data to deliver what you asked for (contract), to keep records required by law (legal obligation) and, for update emails, on the basis of your consent. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires; notification emails until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent, by writing to legal@nodoicons.com. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

## Processors

Lemon Squeezy (payments, licenses, affiliates), Hostinger (email), Vercel (website hosting and web analytics). They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms.
