# Terms of sale

1. **Seller.** Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and reseller: it charges the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes. Its buyer terms apply to the payment.
2. **Product.** Nodo Icons Pro is a digital product: icon files, packages and updates, delivered by download and license key right after payment.
3. **License.** Use of the icons is governed by the [Nodo Icons Pro license](/license/pro/). The Linear style is free under the [MIT license](/license/free/).
4. **Prices.** Prices are shown in US dollars and may include or add taxes depending on your country. Early-access prices apply to purchases made during early access.
5. **Updates.** Every future update to Nodo Icons is included at no extra cost, for as long as we publish updates.
6. **Refunds.** See the [refund policy](/refunds/).
7. **Support.** support@nodoicons.com, on a best-effort basis.
